Privacy Policy

Inventio Learning Designs, LLC (“Inventio,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and understand how the site is used, and we never sell your information.

Information you give us

• Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use them to respond to you, and for no other purpose.
• Scheduling. If you book a Clarity Call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to book the meeting (such as your name, email, and any answers you provide). Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that process.
• Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to work with you.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. This site is hosted on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack statistics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referrers, approximate location by country). These statistics do not identify you personally. Automattic’s privacy policy covers this processing.
• Cookies. The site uses the cookies required for WordPress.com hosting and security to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Fonts. Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers. Google’s privacy policy applies to those requests.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for conversations you request, deliver services you engage us for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. That’s the whole list.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email to contact-form submitters who haven’t asked for it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

Data retention

We keep correspondence and inquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tsylvester@inventiolearningdesigns.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This site is for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted plainly.
