The point here is to pay attention so that you don’t get left behind.

The learning opportunities in the tech industry are vast. Whether it’s online courses, webinars, workshops, or even podcasts, there are many resources available for upskilling. Set aside regular time for learning and choose resources that align with your career goals. LinkedIn has a lot of courses as well as webinars posted so be sure to follow some groups that may post these webinar opportunities. This is also a great way to find out what skills might be needed and would be useful for you to learn.
